- Job Title Med / Surg Float Registered Nurse Location / Schedule Green Bay, WI 13-week contract 12-hour Day / Night Variable shifts (7a-7 : 30p, 7p-7 : 30a) Every other weekend and holiday rotation Why This Assignment Join a dynamic float team, expanding your clinical expertise across diverse medical and surgical units within a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive nursing care to a varied patient population across multiple units. * Administer medications, perform venipuncture, and manage stable drips. * Utilize electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements * Active RN or Compact license. * BLS (American Heart Association) and NIHSS certification (required prior to orientation completion). * 1-2+ years of recent Med / Surg experience. * Proficiency in venipuncture, Cardizem administration, ports, Foley / straight cath, and stable drips. * Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Green Bay, WI.
