Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you're looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people's lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align integration architecture and service management practices with business stakeholder needs, guiding delivery from design through steady-state operations. The Director will oversee multiple workstreams spanning integration platforms, service operations, and vendor ecosystems by understanding requirements, managing complex interdependencies, and working closely with business partners and technology partners. In this leadership position, you will define goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes for the team, ensuring successful execution and alignment with the organization's strategic vision.

Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for partnering with functional leaders and overseeing the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise integration platforms and IT service management processes to ensure they effectively support business operations and objectives.

  • Assess the current phase of a program's modernization journey and calibrate governance, resourcing, and delivery approach accordingly.

Program & Delivery Leadership:

  • Build & Implement Phase: Work with functional leaders to drive execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight including systems integration, platform migration, and rollout strategy.
  • Operate & Optimize Phase: Establish and mature service management practices (incident, problem, change, and release management) to drive operational excellence, define SLAs/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and automation.
  • Manage and monitor internal teams and technology partner teams to deliver program commitments across whichever phase(s) are active.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Prioritize initiatives with business partners, articulating business impact and delivering fitting solutions on time and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with system integrators, technology vendors, and offshore delivery partners, rationalizing work and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
  • Provide leadership in program planning and deployment, budget management, vendor and partner management, risk management, and enterprise integration/service management transformation execution.
  • Create and negotiate statements of work, plan milestones, and manage financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Lead multiple teams to successfully deliver contracted and internal work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and development of relationships amongst team members, business partners, and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and mature ITIL-aligned service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management, to drive operational excellence.
  • Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage and monitor internal teams and technology partner teams to deliver service commitments across the incident lifecycle and integration roadmap
  • Work with functional leaders to drive execution of a portfolio of integration and service improvement projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.
  • Prioritize initiatives with business partners, articulating business impact and delivering fitting solutions on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support of integration platforms and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to reduce operational risk and manual effort.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team through well-defined delivery, incident response, and risk management processes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
