The Buyer is expected to monitor inventory levels and purchase materials needed for finished goods production for assigned site(s), as well as all MRO, office, and one-off supplies needed for the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Good analytical and math skills. Understanding of minimum and maximum required order quantities. Proficiency in using a variety of computer software. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact and engage well with other individuals and departments. Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Innovative critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Ability to be flexible as circumstances change. Self-starter with a driven mindset. Organizational and planning skills to monitor and purchase required inventory. - Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer. Ability to move about the facility on a regular basis to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.
