Work You'll Do As a Project Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials and courses related to talent management work within the Cognos application.
• Developing participant guides, instructor guides, and supplemental training materials to support effective course delivery and learner adoption.
• Scheduling, facilitating, and delivering Cognos training courses covering topics such as workforce strategy and performance management.
• Partnering with customers and training review boards to gather feedback, refine content, and obtain course approvals.
• Collaborating with team members to identify training needs and stand up new courses as business needs evolve.
• Helping ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with program requirements and user needs.

• 10+ years of experience in developing training materials and courses related to talent management work
• 5+ years of experience supporting the design, development, implementation and maintenance of training materials for Cognos application
• 5+ years of experience developing participant and instructor guides and supplemental materials for Cognos
• 3+ years of experience working with training teams and review board.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
• Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
