The Onsite Manager oversees the daily operations of an apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, property maintenance coordination, and overall community appearance. This role requires excellent customer service, organization, and professionalism.
Part-Time Position Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Responsibilities: Oversee 1 building with a total of 16 units
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Housing: Discounted Studio unit available. Must live onsite.
