Job Highlights
Pay: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, weekday business hours
Location: Houston, TX 77049

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Manage billing, collections, and dispatch operations
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high service standards
Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
Support ongoing service requests and work order platforms
Requirements
Experience in the water utility industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (basic formulas, filtering)
Familiarity with AVR Water Billing System
Knowledge of Net Facilities and Service Fusion platforms
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (read/write/speak)
Ability to maintain professionalism during peak workloads
Preferred but not required:
Experience with CMMS in public works or water utility
Working knowledge of Starnik Systems
Understanding of GIS systems
