Workplace Ambassador Supervisor
The Workplace Ambassador Supervisor provides daily support and guidance to Workplace Ambassadors while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and functional flexible-workspace environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, business partners, building vendors, and local site stakeholders. The Supervisor is expected to model excellent customer service, proactively identify and escalate workplace needs, coordinate work orders and ticket follow-up, use workplace systems and technology platforms, communicate operational trends and metrics, and help coordinate Ambassador coverage or support across nearby local locations as needed.
Responsibilities include providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Workplace Ambassadors to help ensure consistent service delivery, professional standards, and a positive team environment. The role also involves logging, monitoring, and following up on employee and workplace issues using applicable workplace systems and ticket management platforms, coordinating work order activity, supporting employee understanding of workplace guidelines, providing local site and community information, planning and executing localized workplace events or engagement activities, conducting workplace tours and training Ambassadors, assisting with onboarding, coaching, reinforcing service expectations, and coordinating support for Ambassadors working across nearby local locations when applicable. The Supervisor is also responsible for preparing and sharing operational updates or reporting related to workplace activity, issue trends, service gaps, event support, and team coverage to inform leadership decisions and partner follow-up.
Minimum qualifications include being a hospitality-minded, service-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace environment. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to investigate workplace concerns, follow through on issues, and help drive timely resolution. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to establish trust and communicate professionally with employees, leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners. The role requires a commitment to creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive workplace experience for employees and visitors, and the ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience providing guidance, coaching, or informal leadership to others, preferably in hospitality, workplace services, customer service, facilities, or a corporate office environment, is also necessary.
