Reservation Support Coordinator

Grace & Getaways Travel LLC is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals interested in helping clients research, plan, and coordinate travel experiences. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy assisting others, communicating with clients, and learning about travel planning and reservations.

Responsibilities may include assisting clients with vacation research and booking requests, communicating with clients about travel options, helping coordinate reservations and itinerary details, following up with clients throughout the planning process, maintaining accurate booking information, and completing ongoing supplier and industry training.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, basic computer and internet skills, the ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely while developing skills in customer service, travel planning, reservations, communication, and sales.
