Candidates should be able to commute to practice in 30 minutes or less. This contract is temp to hire. We can only consider candidates who are interested in converting to staff.
Schedule: M-F. Client asks that candidates are flexible to work core should be between 7:45 and 5pm. Will discuss with candidates during interview.
Practice Overview: Busy family practice with history of long staff tenure. Team environment.
Responsibilities: Room patients, vitals, phlebotomy, use EMR to alert providers that patient is ready: review past medical, surgical, family, smoking history, allergies, medications and other responsibilities as assigned.
Experience: 2+ years as a CMA working in physician office setting. EPIC experience is a plus.
Interview Details: In person onsite.
Training: 4-hour EMR training Friday from 8a-1p (1-hour break.) Penn HIPAA Module (15 minutes.)
Additional Instructions: Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration. Please highlight if the candidate has EPIC experience that is a plus for this practice. After award acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#). Approved RTO must be added to B4Health under candidate profile. In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet. Compliance: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
