Recruiter - Temporary

We are currently seeking candidates with excellent communication skills for a client located in North Canton, OH. This is a contract position ideal for someone eager to make an impact in a growing organization.

In this role, you will join a company that has been a strategic supplier of highly complex, integrated electrical systems since 1947. As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing and screening top talent to support their continued growth and success.

Hours

1st Shift, Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 11:00am
Schedule can be flexible as long as 40 hours per week are worked

Pay

$29.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and department leaders
• Attend job fairs as requested
• Utilize software including Oracle and Factory Fix
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Above-average computer skills
• Experience with Oracle and/or Factory Fix is a plus but not required

Nice to Have Skills

• Recruiting experience in manufacturing or technical industries
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or higher
• Previous recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
