Procurement Specialist to join its Technology Operations organization. This highly visible role is ideal for a professional who enjoys vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations, operational leadership, and process improvement. Rather than simply processing transactions, you'll be responsible for managing critical vendor relationships, driving operational efficiencies, supporting facilities and telecom initiatives, and helping modernize business processes across a nationwide footprint.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Management & Procurement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the organization.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor relationship management efforts.
- Hold vendors accountable to service level expectations and resolve escalated issues.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve service levels, and optimize vendor performance.
- Maintain vendor records, procurement documentation, and renewal schedules.
- Manage technology procurement and technology asset lifecycle activities.
Operations & Facilities Support
- Coordinate operational initiatives supporting multiple business locations.
- Assist with office moves, vendor transitions, telecom implementations, and facility-related projects.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and operational teams to support business objectives.
- Support operational continuity by ensuring vendors, facilities, and services are effectively managed.
Process Improvement & Technology Enablement
- Document and improve operational processes to create scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Transition manual processes into technology-enabled systems of record.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and automation where appropriate to improve efficiency.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and process gaps while recommending practical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, technology operations, facilities management, operations, or related business functions.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site operations.
- Background in technology, facilities, telecom, real estate, or operational environments.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, procurement platforms, IT asset management systems, or related tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and process automation technologies.
- Experience building or improving business processes in growth-oriented organizations.
