About the Role
As a CNA at Avir at El Paso, you will be responsible for providing daily care to our residents, including:
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting with medication administration and treatments
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
• Building relationships with our residents and their families
Responsibilities
• Provide individualized care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities
• Perform vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services
• Participate in staff meetings and educational in-services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
