Director of Manufacturing
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $190,000–$225,000 + 25% bonus potential, with additional upside based on company performance
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead the launch, ramp-up, and long-term manufacturing operations of a major new facility in Fort Worth, TX. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a rapidly growing organization supporting the continued expansion of data center infrastructure.
The Fort Worth facility is expected to scale to approximately 2,500 employees and will manufacture server racks, storage units, switches, and related products. The operation will involve high-volume manual assembly, a wide range of materials, new equipment implementation, and integration of customer-provided products into completed systems.
The ideal candidate is a proven manufacturing leader who has successfully ramped up a new facility, built high-performing teams, established processes, and transitioned an operation into a stable sustaining environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader who can build the operation from the ground up and then sustain it at scale. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading through rapid growth, developing a large organization, working directly with customers, and establishing the operational foundation required for a world-class manufacturing environment.
