Entry Level Phlebotomist

Greet patients upon arrival, providing a welcoming and compassionate environment Assist with patient check-ins, using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets Support patients by answering questions and addressing concerns with care and professionalism Help maintain the integrity and organization of the waiting area Assist with specimen collection and processing duties following established practices Cover breaks and staffing shortages as needed, both in the lobby and draw room Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of patient interactions and procedures Promote a safe and professional environment, adhering to all safety protocols and confidentiality standards Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to foster trust and confidence in patients
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patients with care and compassion Experience with patient check-in procedures, including kiosks or tablets Basic keyboard and data entry skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient information
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, home health aide, etc.) Phlebotomy experience required, including internships or externships Experience with specimen collection, processing, or similar clinical tasks preferred Availability to work flexible shifts, including covering breaks and staffing shortages Must reside within a 20-25 minute commute to the worksite Candidates should be committed to punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct
