Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nCino Salesforce Administrator to support the administration, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, declarative automation, security configuration, and nCino lending solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable solutions that support Commercial Banking and Lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Salesforce and nCino applications, ensuring platform availability, performance, and user adoption.
Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.
Implement business requirements using declarative tools including Flows, Dynamic Forms, Permission Sets, and Lightning App Builder.
Configure nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Commercial Lending, Customer Engagement, Portfolio Management, Product Catalog, Covenants, and Collateral Management.
Manage user provisioning, role hierarchy, profiles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Support data quality initiatives, data loads, and migration activities.
Participate in release management, testing, deployment validation, and environment management activities.
Document system configurations, business processes, and support procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and platform optimization opportunities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Security Model, and Lightning Experience.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
Experience configuring nCino UI Groups, Routes, Screens, Product Packages, and Lending Workflows.
Understanding of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Lifecycle, Deposits, and Banking Operations.
Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with banking or financial services organizations is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
nCino 201 Certification.
nCino 301 Certification.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Experience with Copado, AutoRABIT, GitHub, or other Salesforce DevOps tools.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or Credit Underwriting processes.
Exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Einstein, or Copilot capabilities.
Data migration and release management experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
