Job Title: Experienced Staffing Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Hybrid)
Location: Pikesville, MD
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (In-Office & Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Staffing Coordinator with experience in ABA therapy staffing. In this role, you will manage caseload assignments, optimize staff schedules, and serve as a vital communication bridge between team members and families. This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Pikesville, MD location.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate staff schedules and client sessions across multiple locations and service areas
Ensure appropriate client-BCBA matches based on skill, availability, and location
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand staffing needs and caseload requirements
Monitor staffing levels and proactively address gaps or scheduling challenges
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal scheduling and case management systems
Communicate effectively with BCBAs and Admin team to ensure smooth scheduling transitions
Support onboarding of new BCBA’s as it relates to initial client placements
Track employee availability, PTO, and time-off requests in relation to client coverage
Approve and book all travel for hybrid BCBAs
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of staffing coordination experience (ABA therapy strongly preferred)
Familiarity with ABA therapy roles and terminology (RBTs, BCBAs, caseload, session notes, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with scheduling platforms and client management software
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
