Job description

We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team and provide essential support to our accounting department.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working with financial information and supporting a collaborative team.

About the Role:

  • As an Accounting Clerk, you'll be responsible for supporting the accounting department and helping maintain accurate project financial data.
  • You'll assist with entering invoices, organizing lien releases, filing accounting documents, and supporting various accounting functions.
  • If you're precise, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File and maintain accounting documents both digitally and physically Enter subcontractor and vendor invoices Enter and organize lien releases from subcontractors Assist with journal entries and other accounting-related tasks Maintain and organize lien releases from subcontractors What You Bring: Experience: 1+ year of office experience or related field.

Often has high school diploma or equivalent Systems Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Sage, Procore, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Zoom Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other departments in the company.
