We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role supports the administration, auditing, and analysis of employee benefits programs while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong communication and employee relations skills, excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to build a career in Human Resources.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required. Ability to learn new technologies quickly, including AI tools, and apply them to improve efficiency, organize information, support documentation, and streamline routine tasks. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing timely, courteous, and accurate support while maintaining confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS or benefits administration systems is a plus. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Strong customer service mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Eagerness to learn and develop within the Human Resources field.
