You’ll partner closely with Quality leadership, the Plant team, and customers to keep parts moving and meeting spec.Key responsibilities:- Lead APQP activities; define requirements, plans, and acceptance criteria- Build and sustain AIAG Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA) and submit PPAPs- Interpret blueprints/CAD; apply GD&T and statistical methods (SPC, R&R)- Run root-cause problem solving and permanent corrective actions- Maintain objective quality performance evidence and lessons learned; support internal audits- Own customer portals, customer-specific requirements, and special characteristicsRequired qualifications:- BS in Engineering (or related) + 3+ years in automotive manufacturing decision-making- IATF 16949 experience; PPAP/APQP & Core Tools required; Minitab/IMDS/Internal Auditor a plusReady to raise the bar—apply today.Your Daily MomentumYou start the morning aligning priorities with the Director of Quality, then shift quickly into the action—checking the pulse of current builds, reviewing fresh data, and jumping onto the floor when an issue needs fast, calm leadership.
