Administrative Assistant - DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH OFFICE LOCATION
Established Pittsburgh based Commercial Real Estate Company looking for a part-time (2 days) qualified accounts payable candidate with an administrative background with property management experience. We are a small, closely held company with a tradition of impeccable service, innovative projects and high-quality properties. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare all accounts payables (Yardi Breeze – PayScan)
· Assist with maintenance of accounts payable files and records
· Receive and distribute USPS mail to staff
· Track vendor, tenant, client and property insurance
· Assist with special projects as required by property managers
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 3+ years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience
· Property Management Yardi Breeze software is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Able to work independently with minimal direction
· Acute attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
