HR Assistant
Location: Downtown Kansas City, MO
Pay: $27/hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization: Green Card Required
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Downtown Kansas City. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, managing administrative processes, and providing excellent customer service. The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations, workers' compensation administration, FMLA tracking, pension updates, and front desk responsibilities.

Pension Administration
Review weekly Pension Benefit Information (PBI) notifications
Update pension records with address changes
Notify management of pension death notices
Maintain and file pension records accurately
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
