Job description

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Business analysis & requirements support: Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Draft and maintain current state/future state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.
  • Testing & validation support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.
  • Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to end user training materials and "train the trainer" sessions; observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience supporting largescale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives; familiarity with data governance/privacy/security practices.
  2. Project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, consensusbuilding).
  3. Background working with relational or cloudbased data platforms; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
