Join us in building a better world where every person is free to move and pursue their dreams.

The Ford App is a world-class, customer-facing mobile application used by millions of customers around the world. We are looking for a customer-centric Mobile Engineering Manager who embraces lean and agile practices and can lead teams in delivering high-quality mobile experiences.

In this role, you will lead and develop mobile engineers while partnering directly and continuously with product owners, designers, and engineering leaders. • Partner effectively with product managers, product designers, engineering leaders, and other technical experts to align priorities and deliver customer value.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning, ownership, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

You'll Have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.

Even better, if you have...

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builderor all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
