We are seeking a dependable Reservation Support Representative to assist clients with reservation inquiries, coordination, confirmations, and ongoing service requests. This position focuses on providing accurate information while ensuring reservation details remain organized and up to date.
The ideal candidate communicates professionally, pays close attention to details, and enjoys assisting clients in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to reservation-related questions and requests
Gather information regarding client needs and preferences
Research availability and appropriate service options
Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
Review reservation details and documentation for accuracy
Communicate updates and important information to clients
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain accurate client and reservation records
Follow up on outstanding requests
Coordinate with service providers when necessary
Maintain professional customer service standards
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Customer-focused and professional
Comfortable using email and online systems
Ability to research and organize information
Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related experience is helpful but not required
