We’re looking for a Dental Patient Care Coordinator / Front Office Greeter to be the welcoming face of our practice and an important part of creating a great patient experience.
Our front office team is the first smile patients see when they walk through our doors. If you’re outgoing, positive, organized, and enjoy making people feel comfortable and cared for, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately
- Keep the front office organized, clean, and welcoming
- Provide a friendly, professional, and memorable patient experience
- Help create a comfortable, spa-like environment
- Work closely with our team to keep the day running smoothly
- Learn and take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role
