Program Manager

Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a mission-critical Federal program. This position will serve in a dual-capacity role, providing project management leadership while also supporting operational, analytical, and program requirements across multiple task areas. The Project Manager will coordinate personnel, schedules, deliverables, quality, and stakeholder requirements while helping ensure successful execution of contract objectives.Location: Arlington, VA / OnsiteKey Responsibilities:Support day-to-day management and execution of program requirements across assigned task areasCoordinate personnel, schedules, deliverables, priorities, and Government requirementsServe as a primary interface with Government stakeholders and support resolution of operational and performance issuesMonitor contract performance, schedules, staffing, risks, quality, and deliverable requirementsDevelop and maintain project schedules, status reports, action trackers, risk logs, and other program management artifactsCoordinate activities across multiple functional areas and ensure requirements are properly assigned, monitored, and completedSupport development and implementation of quality control processesReview reports, briefings, analyses, and other deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and timelinessTrack Government taskings, due-outs, milestones, and corrective actions through completionSupport staffing, onboarding, workforce coordination, and continuity of operationsParticipate in Government meetings, program reviews, working groups, and stakeholder engagementsPrepare and present program status, risks, issues, accomplishments, and recommendations to leadershipEnsure project activities remain within authorized contract scopeSupport operational planning, analysis, reporting, and other mission requirementsMaintain effective communication among Government, contractor, and other program stakeholdersRequired Skills:Experience:Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting Federal, DoD, military, program management, operations, policy, administration, analysis, or compliance activitiesDemonstrated project or program management experience supporting multiple workstreams, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholdersExperience working directly with Government customers and senior stakeholdersExperience managing project performance, risks, schedules, quality, and deliverablesExperience preparing status reports, executive briefings, project schedules, and management documentationEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Science, or related fieldClearance:Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearanceCertifications / Tools:Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsProject management and task tracking toolsSkills:Strong project and program management capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAbility to identify project risks and recommend corrective actionsDesired Skills:Experience:Previous Federal or DoD program experienceExperience supporting complex operational or mission-focused programsEmergency management, continuity, readiness, or operational planning experienceExperience coordinating with Federal, state, local, military, or interagency stakeholdersCertifications / Tools:PMP certificationExperience with Federal or DoD task management systemsAt Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
