Independent Health System seeks an Occupational Medicine Physician to work in Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)!

Compensation:

• Base salary: $300, 000
• Signing bonus: $100, 000, paid $50, 000 in Year 1 and $50, 000 in Year 2
• $10, 000 relocation assistance
• 200 hours PTO/CME (5 weeks)
• $5, 000 annual CME and board certification allowance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting Year 2

Job/Practice Description:

• Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)
• Occupational Medicine Physician - Medical Director
• 80% clinical practice / 20% administrative leadership
• Clinical split: 50% Urgent Care, 30% Occupational Health
• Occupational medicine services include work-related injury care, occupational physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
• Medical Director duties: develop clinical policies/protocols, oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes, collaborate with and support APPs, train and onboard new providers, partner with operational leaders on service line goals
• Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain required

Requirements:

• MD/DO
• Board certification Urgent, Emergency, Family, Internal, or Occupational Medicine
• MRO certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
