Location: Pasadena, TX Type: Contract to hire Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the on-site team and Talent Acquisition Recruiters to ensure candidates complete all pre-employment requirements in a timely and compliant manner. This role is responsible for coordinating and conducting pre-employment health screenings, facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation, and preparing onboarding documentation.
