As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal. You will be responsible for identifying needs, presenting solutions, and securing agreements, all within the comfort of the client's home. This role demands a professional, consultative approach, ensuring every interaction is respectful and focused on providing value.
Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and financial goals.
Present insurance products and solutions with clarity and confidence.
Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients through active listening and genuine engagement.
Handle objections gracefully and persuasively, turning potential challenges into opportunities.
Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients' homes.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategy and execution.
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
Utilize self-motivation and discipline to manage your schedule and maximize productivity.
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Expected earnings are between $35,000 and $150,000 annually, with your success directly tied to your performance and dedication.
Life & Health Insurance License preferred (must at least be willing to obtain a license)
