Our client is seeking a Program Manager who will work with subject matter experts to establish the budget required to execute the scope of work. This individual will monitor program progress and coordinate activities across the team to meet quality, timing, cost, and risk targets throughout the development of drug delivery devices. Operating within established development procedures, the Program Manager will provide leadership and coordination across the various workstreams of the program team. Programs may range from full product development to smaller-scale initiatives within the broader development process. Resources are often located across different sites which requires strong leadership and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
