NSC Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Estimator for a project in Fort Lauderdale, FL. PAY: $90k - $140k HOURS: 7:00am -3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm START DATE: ASAP DURATION: 1 year SCOPE: Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator with a solid foundation in field operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and timely estimates for commercial and industrial mechanical projects. Our primary focus is on high-stakes, complex HVAC retrofit and replacement projects across sectors including healthcare, hospitality, high-rise condominiums, and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between field reality and financial forecasting, leveraging practical mechanical knowledge to accurately scope projects involving chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, etc. Key Responsibilities
