Our client is seeking a high-energy HR Generalist to support their dynamic manufacturing operation with a mix of hourly plant-floor and salaried recruiting responsibilities. This is a hands-on role that balances high-volume recruitment with strategic hiring support for salaried positions-particularly in technical areas like Engineering. If you're experienced in fast-paced environments, thrive in managing full-cycle recruitment, and know how to connect with skilled candidates across manufacturing, this could be the right fit.
This position plays a critical role in delivering top talent to support plant operations, while also partnering with leadership and HR to drive workforce planning and meet evolving hiring needs. You'll have the autonomy to manage roles end-to-end and the opportunity to influence hiring strategies at a site level. Experience in either in-house manufacturing recruiting or agency-side support for industrial clients is highly valued.
