The Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic execution and financial performance of the Outsourced Service Implementation plan and the long-term management of site operations. Oversees the initial transition to Aerotek Services and maintains total accountability for P & L targets, service consistency and strategic account growth post-implementation.
Project & Service Operations Oversight:
Own the operations lifecycle and activities in the planning, implementation, execution, optimization and closeout of multiple services engagements outlined in the Service Management Framework while being disciplined to the process. Additionally, support Operations Executives in the solutioning of opportunities as needed and directed.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, service continuity and governance.
Consistently monitor progress, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Transition and P&L Management:
Leads the operational integration of the department, managing all site-level expenses, labor costs and resources to ensure the transition and sustained operations remain profitable.
Strategic KPI Execution:
Executes a 30-60-90 day implementation strategy, followed by a long-term operational roadmap designed to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout operations.
Build trust through proactive communication, consistent execution and customer focused problem solving.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and professional development to build a high performing and accountable team.
Allocate work and resources effectively across the team to support successful operations outcomes and operational alignment.
Partner cross-functionally with services, the field, finance, HR, H&S, contracts and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and strong collaboration.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, customer focus and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
Identify opportunities to streamline operation processes and improve efficiency.
Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders and clients on operations status, metrics and outcomes.
