Remote position
Monday- Friday
Preferred 9am-530pmn CST but flexible shift between 8am-630pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support customers throughout the sales and installation process. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving claims and complaints, maintaining positive customer relationships, and helping improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support related to sales, promotions, installations, and customer communications.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to questions, concerns, claims, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and company policies.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure issues are properly addressed and resolved.
  • Develop and support company-wide initiatives designed to proactively inform and educate customers about products, services, promotions, and processes.
  • Review customer feedback and survey results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans based on customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify recurring customer concerns and recommend solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, claims, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a sales, installation, or service-related environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and fairly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws and customer service practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
