WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience, including direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs. Proven capability managing multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and compiling rigorous programmatic deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Risk Matrices, and Quality Management Plans (QMPs). Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and discretion skills.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related business/technical field preferred. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE
Experience supporting DoD/DoW program integration, cross-functional execution, project scheduling, risk/issue management, executive briefings, and stakeholder coordination.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of assigned Blue List projects and functional areas. Coordinate with the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, CPM, and other stakeholders. Develop implementation plans, operating procedures, project strategies, and recommendations. Maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, risks, issues, and resource constraints. Facilitate collaboration across Government, Contractor, and external partners. Prepare recurring status reports, briefings, agendas, minutes, and decision-support documentation. Track follow-up actions and communicate project status.
