Start your morning reviewing fresh leads in ServiceTitan, mapping your route for a neighborhood canvass, and confirming that today’s 1099 crews are set up for success. By mid-day, you’re walking a residential repaint, scoping surfaces, noting prep and materials, and building a competitive estimate. Later, you’re on the phone with a property manager to finalize a commercial touch-up schedule, then swinging by Ace Hardware to source liquid paint and paint sundries at the right price. You wrap by updating job progress, invoices, and customer messages in ServiceTitan and analyzing which channels are fueling the strongest revenue growth.
