The Business Continuity Manager supports the Firm's business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience program. It maintains business continuity plans, emergency notification capabilities, and program documentation. This role reports to the Director, IT Infrastructure Services and works directly with Firm Leadership, Chiefs, Directors, and senior functional stakeholders to connect Business Continuity planning with critical business processes and supporting IT components.
The position works to reduce continuity risk and improve readiness through exercises, lessons learned, and industry practices.
