We primarily do this work through individual and institutional relationships.

HFNY is in a pivotal time of significant growth and seeks a self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic, and highly relational individual to lead the Mobilization Team. • Develop and cultivate relationships with church partner, foundation, and corporation staff
  • Create, implement, and monitor a fully articulated prospective stakeholder pipeline

Management and Team Leadership

  • Participate and contribute to regular Leadership Team meetings and provide strategic leadership throughout organization

Our Core Values

  • We are motivated by our Christian faith: Our desire to serve the city and seek the flourishing of every New Yorker is based on the Christian call to love and provide for our neighbors in need.
  • We love our city: New York City is one of the most diverse and vibrant cities in the world, yet it is also full of brokenness, injustice, and inequality. Our work is motivated by our desire to see our city renewed and restored.
  • We care about the whole person: We believe that true flourishing can only happen when an individual's spiritual, social, and economic needs are met, and we work with partners who seek the same outcome.
  • We can't do this work alone: Fostering community and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do because we know that we are more effective when we work together. Our role is to catalyze the success of all of our partners.
  • We build relationships based on trust: Trust is essential to creating authentic, thriving, and lasting relationships, which empowers our partners to achieve their goals.
  • We are innovative and data-driven: Solving hard problems often requires taking risks and trying new things. We use data to measure outcomes and inform decisions, which is critical to maximizing impact.
