The NOW Massage is coming to Huntington Beach! Our newest boutique is located in the amazing Bella Terra shopping center. OPENING NOVEMBER 2026.

Compensation & Benefits

• $48-$63+ per hour while massaging

Requirements

• Active CAMTC
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length (may vary from day to day and task to task) and manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment

About The Team

The NOW Huntington Beach is owned by Mike and Jamie, a husband-and-wife duo, who are both active in the business on a full-time basis. Jamie and Mike first learned about the NOW as guests back in 2016, and are proud to operate a location of the brand they've loved for over a decade!

Mike and Jamie are supported by Area Director Malarie, who has been part of the team for over four years and is a massage therapist by trade. Malarie brings extensive spa and massage industry knowledge, along with a deep passion for supporting both the team and guest experience across Jamie & Mike's locations.

Additionally, The NOW Huntington Beach's General Manager originally joined Jamie and Mike as a massage therapist and has since grown into a leadership role. He brings a strong understanding of the therapist perspective, and is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative, and positive environment for the entire team.

CA Pay Transparency Law: Expected base hourly compensation for this position is $16.90 per hour; note this rate is paid regardless of whether you are massaging or not. This rate is BEFORE any bonuses or tips (we pay one or more bonuses for each massage given and our suggested tip is $25 for a 50-min service; expected actual earnings while massaging is $48-$63/hour but may vary). Hired applicants will be classified as employees and receive a W-2.
