Overall Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager on this team, you will be an expert in understanding complex problems to shape strategies to solve them, navigating organizational dynamics to negotiate trade-offs and connect dependencies, using judgement to anticipate and address key risks to program delivery; and synthesizing large amounts of information into clear 'so what' insights.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Independently define, lead, and own program charters that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of complex programs.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Trust & Safety; align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances
Execution: In collaboration with partners, identify and execute on program tasks to achieve milestones and outcomes on time; use judgement to proactively anticipate and overcome risks to program timelines and/or quality; as needed, develop change management roll-out plans
Communications: Design and enable predictable, effective, tailored information flow - including delivering regular program updates - across diverse stakeholders
Continuous Improvement: Determine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement; provide transparency into and rationale for program pivots.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working with operations, engineering and product teams.
Experience working on responsible AI
Experience working with or on Trust & Safety teams
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Generic Description:

As a Program Manager, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program. Responsibilities include:
- Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs. Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones. Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints.
- Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
- Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
- Anticipate change management requirements. Independently develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis. Proactively drive pivots requiring change management, monitor progress of change management rollout, and resolve misalignments. Define future change management needs.
- Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making. Resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders. Proactively manage program escalations.
- Independently determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Create automated processes to enhance velocity and monitoring. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. drive effective program stakeholder meetings.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
