Identify and engage with new potential clients across the region to help them secure their financial futures.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure our products align perfectly with what our clients are looking for.
Build and nurture a lasting network of satisfied policyholders by maintaining consistent, helpful communication.
Manage your own pipeline of prospects, keeping records accurate and up-to-date in our central system.
Collaborate with the broader team to share effective sales strategies and contribute to our collective success.
Maintain deep knowledge of current market offerings to provide the most relevant advice possible.
Requirement
Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
Minimum of two years of direct insurance sales or account management experience.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking client interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to simplify complex policy details for clients.
Comfortable working in a traditional office setting in Philadelphia.
