Job Title Medical Technologist Job Summary This 13-week contract assignment offers an experienced Medical Technologist the opportunity to join a clinical laboratory team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves performing a comprehensive range of laboratory tests crucial for patient diagnosis and treatment. You will contribute to patient care by ensuring accurate and timely analysis of specimens within a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting the diagnostic needs of the facility. Key Responsibilities Perform complex laboratory tests across various disciplines (e.g., hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank). Analyze and interpret test results, identifying abnormalities and critical values. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Execute quality control and assurance procedures to ensure test accuracy and reliability. Document all testing procedures, results, and quality control data meticulously. Adhere strictly to laboratory safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and accreditation standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems related to testing procedures or equipment.
