KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Design: Design and implement secure, maintainable software solutions to business problems
- Integration: Build real-time, secure integrations between hosted and local applications through RESTful interfaces
- Technical Maintenance: Enhance and maintain internal and hosted business applications
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with project managers, fellow developers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy
- Project Ownership: Manage small to medium-sized projects in accordance with the organization's software development life cycle
- Documentation: Create project artifacts such as technical designs and requirements specifications
- Problem Solving: Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve failures in cloud-based and hosted multi-tier architecture built on Windows Server, Azure services, SQL Server, and .NET
- Code Quality & Review: Uphold code quality by participating in code reviews and following development best practices
- Time Management: Manage your workload to meet department service levels and project deadlines
- Support: Participate in a periodic on-call rotation for end-user support during business-critical events
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience with software development
- Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence
