Building Maintenance
Northfield Mancan is assisting a Bedford Apartment complex fill a position for Skilled Building Maintenance Tech. This will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and the starting pay will be based on Experience. You will be required to be on call one weekend a month as well.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Building Maintenance Technician who is proficient in drywall repair, light plumbing, and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our properties.
Electrical to replace light switches ,outlets ,gfci ,installed light fixtures
Plumbing replacing Kit. Faucets ,Bath faucets .tub faucet with stems, install toilets, snake sinks, tubs
Replacing garbage disposals.
Drywall repair and will be nice to know painting
Carpentry work basic door knobs ,bi fold doors, door stoppers, mini blinds,
