The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring molded plastic components meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This position supports production operations through inspection, testing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities to maintain high-quality products used in recreational vehicles. The Quality Technician works closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and management to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
