Scope of Position The Process Engineer will provide hands-on support in a manufacturing environment to identify equipment, product, process, or operational issues and implement practical corrective actions that improve safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot equipment, product, process, and operational , observations, and process conditions to identify root causes and improvement , implement, and verify corrective actions to improve quality, uptime, throughput, and process , troubleshooting, commissioning, qualification, and process , maintenance, quality, engineering, and vendors to resolve issues and sustain , standard work, technical documentation, and clear communication of findings and recommendations. Key SkillsManufacturing floor troubleshootingRoot cause analysis and corrective actionEquipment, process, and product issue resolutionData analysis and process improvementCross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineeringExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear technical documentation and communication of findings, risks, and recommendations Required QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another STEM field , production, industrial, or plant , product, process, or operational issues and implement corrective , problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with root cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, or other continuous improvement , process controls, data analysis tools, and production performance Work Environment and Schedule This role is primarily manufacturing-floor based and may require occasional off-shift or extended-hour support to meet operational or project needs. Considerable time will be spent walking and standing on the production floor.
