The Operations Manager serves as second-in-command to the Branch Manager, providing leadership and oversight of daily branch operations. Key responsibilities include:
Provide direction and support to Client Service Managers and office staff.
Coordinate branch priorities and promote accountability and consistent execution.
Support operational performance, employee engagement, and client service.
Maintain continuity across branch operations.
Act on behalf of the Branch Manager when needed.
