This opportunity is with Barrera Insurance Agency, a Farmers Insurance Presidents Council agency recognized among the Top 1% of Farmers agencies in the company.
Youll have the opportunity to train inside one of the companys highest-performing agencies, learning the sales systems, processes, leadership, and business-building strategies used to operate at an elite level.
We are currently selecting motivated individuals in Scottsdale, Arizona who want more than a traditional sales job and are interested in building toward agency ownership.
How The Protege Training Program Works
Heres what you can expect:
All of this training and support, while youre on the Paid 6-Month Protege Training Program.
At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.

9) Recurring revenue that compounds - We dont just get paid one time per sale. We get paid every time a client renews their policy. Over time, renewal income grows and can exceed new business income.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Commission + Bonus
