This allows us to serve our Guests through genuine care and radical

team that disrupts the ordinary. Our menu is built on responsibly sourced
ingredients—cage-free eggs, respect for animal welfare, and no added hormones
or antibiotics—and bold ideas that energize Snoozers and Guests alike. Our
impact goes beyond the plate, we’ve invested over $1M into local communities
and created inclusive, vibrant spaces for the neighborhoods we serve.

We know that, just like pancakes,
our people are better with passion, purpose, and pride. Here, you’ll find
more than a job. You’ll find a place to fuel your future, be celebrated for who
you are, and help us make mornings brighter, bolder, and better for
everyone. Will you join us?

allergen information, labels, and visual guides. Working across Culinary,
Training, Operations, vendors, and Guest Relations, this role helps ensure new
and optimized menu items are supported from development through restaurant
execution. The right person brings strong kitchen operations judgment,
exceptional organization, and a hands-on approach to getting the details right.
