Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-TimeLTC Therapy Services at LowellLowell, MA$42–$46/hourJoin LTC Therapy Services in Lowell as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents regain the skills and confidence needed for everyday life. You'll work within a collaborative rehabilitation environment focused on individualized care and meaningful functional outcomes.Position ResponsibilitiesComplete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of careProvide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, safety, and functional performanceAssess resident progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriateRecommend adaptive equipment and strategies to promote greater independenceEducate residents, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation processPartner with PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary teamMaintain timely and accurate documentationQualificationsActive Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license requiredGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programStrong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skillsSkilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plusNew graduates are welcome to applyBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holiday payContinuing education opportunitiesProfessional development and career growthCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentDirect Hire.
